Submission Information

We invite the submission of contributions reporting new research, novel applications and practical implementations in any of the scientific and technical areas described in the conference scope.

Each submission will be subject to a peer review process. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings in a printed program. After the conference, accepted papers will also be included in a special conference issue of the Journal of Physics.

Paper Submission Requirements

35 word abstract
Full manuscript with author information and anonymized manuscript for double-blind review
Four (4) page limit for full manuscript with author information
Authors must use IOP provided manuscript template

Paper Submission Deadlines

Submit your paper by: June 1, 2026
Notification of Acceptance to Authors by: July 15, 2026
Presenting Author Registered by: November 22, 2026

Journal of Physics Terms & Conditions

Accepted papers will be included in the Journal of Physics: Conference Edition after the conclusion of OFS30.

Authors of accepted papers (or the author’s employer) retain copyright.
By submitting, authors grant IOP a perpetual, exclusive license to publish.
Papers are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license.
Anyone may reuse the work (including commercially) with proper attribution.
Authors cannot submit the same paper elsewhere unless it is withdrawn or rejected from OFS30.
Submission implies that the submitting author agrees on behalf of all co-authors.

Authors will not be sent proofs of their papers. After submission of the accepted papers, it will not be possible to include amended or corrected papers in the Journal. Prior to submission, please check author names, affiliations, figures, and references carefully.
